At Thenailexpressions, every press-on nail set is handmade with care and hygiene in mind. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

Returns

We only accept returns if:

• You received a damaged product

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos and videos of the issue

• Unboxing proof (mandatory)

Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 - 10 business days
   

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Minor color variation due to lighting/screens

• Used or damaged products after delivery
